The Meadow School is a forest school educating preschool and homeschool students ages 4-8. Through a carefully designed emergent curriculum that is responsive to both students' needs and the opportunities the natural world provides, students enjoy games, hikes, stories, free play, and appropriate risk-taking that promotes language development, mathematical understanding, scientific principles, and social-emotional learning.

We provide the annual assessment required by Washington State's homeschool law, as well as individualized guidance for families who are new to homeschooling to looking to strengthen their approach. Through parent education, we help families better understand how children learn and how to create rich, meaningful learning experiences at home. Contact us to learn more.
