Break Camp Cancellation Policy - If you need to cancel at least 72 hours in advance, we will issue a full refund. If you need to cancel at least 24 hours in advance we will refund 80%. To protect the planning time that goes into making our programs successful, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. We are unable to issue refunds for inclement weather or illness, but we will make a good-faith effort to work with families to provide a credit toward a comparable program within a reasonable amount of time. We do not cancel program simply for rainy weather - children will be outside rain or shine!
Break Camp Sibling Discount - If you are enrolling multiple children, we offer a 5% discount for additional children enrolled.
Break Camp Electronic Devices - Students are not allowed to use electronic devices during programs, including smartwatches and other "wearables." In the event of an emergency, families can call our teachers. Exceptions for medical accommodations. If your child has a medical need to use an electronic device during programs, please describe it during registration.
Break Camp Allergies - We are NOT an allergy-free program, however, students do not share food. We will do our best to keep students with allergies safe through reasonable precautions. If your child has an allergy, please describe it during registration.
Break Camp Sunscreen and Insect Repellent - We do not share sunscreen on insect repellent. If you would like your child to (re)-apply sunscreen and/or bug repellent, we will remind them to put it on and assist if needed (e.g. if a young child needs help rubbing sunscreen in on the back of their neck). We will also remind children to step away from the group before putting on spray sunscreen and/or insect repellent.
Break Camp Medication Policy - We cannot "give" a child medication, but we can "assist," as needed (e.g. reminding them to take a medication at a specific time or helping to open something). If your child needs to take medication during programs, please describe it during registration.
